A solo Ranger
I know they exist out there. Where is a good place to solo with a ranger? Where can I find good solo builds?
I have "I'm very important" on my monk and think it's time to switch my time to another character.. I've picked Ranger..
Any assistance anyone can offer would be great.
Thanks.

FoW forest and totem axes are just 2 places you can farm solo.
Totem axes sell for more than Shards do and you get just about as many on any given run.

There used to be a good R/Mo Barrage build that could farm Minotaurs and the likes...
Keyword is in italics...

/facepalm
Arcane Echo on Echo.
Then use both Echoes to lay down a shitload of Dust Traps. Pull, things blow up, pick up phat lewts, repeat. Not that hard to understand for most of us

It's called an Echo chain. Arcane Echo-Echo-Dust Trap-2nd Echo-Dust Trap-Dust Trap etc. It worked just fine with a long-lasting Energizing Wind, but now it doesn't last long enough to lay a full series of traps.
Was good enough to solo the start of the quest Breaching the Veil in DoA (in hard mode!), which was an awful lot of high level mobs dropping an awful lot of golds, gems and tomes. Got enough Necro tomes to fully outfit my new Necro from birth ^^

[skill]vengeful was khanhei[/skill][skill]vengeful weapon[/skill][skill]Serpent's Quickness[/skill][skill]mend body and soul[/skill][skill]storm chaser[/skill][skill]i am unstoppable[/skill][skill]troll unguent[/skill][skill]Quickening Zephyr[/skill]
Unknown skill being the norn PvE shout "I Am Unstoppable!". Best armour to use is sentrys.
Some of the things I have been able to farm...
Grawls HM (and NM for grawl bomb)
Enchanted Brambles HM
Behemoth Gravebane & Scytheclaw Behemoth HM
Juvenile Bladed Termites HM
Fahranur, The First City HM (both skales & Undead)
Ice Imps & Siege Ice Golems HM
Fire Imps HM (prefer them as R/Mo)
Minotaur HM (Ice Tooth Cave)
Vermin HM
Sand Elementals HM
Sand Drakes HM
Hulking Stone Elementals HM(R/W using axe/hammer or sword is better tho)
Tusked Howlers HM
Azure Shadows HM (only if you lure properly)
Pockmark Flats Hulking Stones & Storm Riders HM
Thats all I can remember atm with this build. With modifications I have been able to farm Hekkets in HM and some other things. I did a few videos of the build on YouTube.
